\n\n \n • Provide advanced respiratory care to patients across a variety of specialties, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes.\n \n
\n\n \n • Serve as a mentor and resource for junior respiratory therapists, sharing your expertise and helping to foster their professional growth.\n \n
\n\n \n • Participate in our professional development clinical ladder program, designed to support your growth and advancement.\n \n
\n\n
\n\n \n \n Minimum qualifications:\n \n \n
\n\n \n • Licensed as Respiratory Therapist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania\n \n
\n\n \n • AHA BLS required prior to orientation completion\n \n
\n\n \n • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential awarded by the NBRC preferred to start; required within six (6) months of start date\n \n
\n\n
