Setting: Level III NICU
Overtime/Holiday Pay Rate: 1.5x:
Procedures: intubations, more TBD
Patient Census: 32-34 beds, NICU stays full Level III NICU
Patient Mix: Infant
Support Staff: MD on call at night
EMR: EPIC
Feedback turnaround time: 24-72 hours
