Job Description
Friendly, responsible and self motivated person. Who has knowledge of medical insurance, medical terminology and excellent phone, computer, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities include greeting patients, verifying patient information, including address , phone number and insurance information, collecting copayments and deductibles. Answering multiline phone, scheduling patient appointments, taking messages and communicating intelligently with physicians, nurses, office manager and other staff.
