We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional service to home buyers and homeowners alike.

Responsibilities:

• Originated and closed residential mortgage loans, working with various loan products, including FHA, VA, and Conventional loans.
• Establish relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources.
• Meet with borrowers to understand their financial goals and recommend loan programs tailored to their needs.
• Guide borrowers through the loan process, ensuring a smooth and timely closing.
• Stay current on lending regulations and ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
• Maintain accurate records of loan applications and approvals in the company's loan processing system.
• As a mortgage loan officer, you will collaborate closely with underwriters, processors, and other team members to close loans efficiently. You will be part of a supportive team working towards a common goal.

Qualifications required:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
• Proven track record of originating residential mortgages.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending guidelines and regulations.
• Active Georgia Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners.
• Proficient in mortgage loan origination software.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
