Qualifications Experience with Epic systems, particularly in Billing and HIM modules, as well as third-party applications. Demonstrated IT-as-a-service mindset with a focus on delivering value and support to stakeholders. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams. Healthcare industry experience. Additional Requirements Participation in shift coverage and an on-call rotation to maintain continuous system functionality.
