Bridge Tower Homes is a Texas residential homebuilder with operations in Houston, Dallas and Austin. BT Homes builds single-family detached homes, townhomes, and duplexes in urban core infill and suburban locations. BT Homes expertise includes acquisition, entitlement, development, construction, and new home sales for Build-For-Sale and Build-For-Rent clients. Bridge Tower constructs and delivers 400+ new homes a year.

This position is located on site at our new community near Magnolia, TX . This position is not remote.

Overview
As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for facilitating the purchase of our newly constructed homes and leasing an existing community. This role involves engaging with prospective buyers/ tenants, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding clients through the home-buying process. You will work closely with our marketing and development teams to showcase our properties and ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with prospective homebuyers/tenants and assist them in finding the perfect home to meet their needs.
  • Conduct tours of model homes and available properties, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Provide detailed information about floor plans, pricing, and community amenities.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to organize and lead promotional events, open houses, and property tours.
  • Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to closing, including negotiating contracts and coordinating with mortgage lenders, escrow officers, and other stakeholders.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry regulations to effectively position our homes in the marketplace.
  • Assist in initiating contracts and administering all necessary services to maintain the property
  • Respond and assist to resolve tenant requests/problems positively and promptly
  • Draft correspondence as necessary to administer lease provisions including all notices, defaults
  • Post cash receipts into company accounting software
  • Maintain high occupancy rate
  • Prepare and process lease agreements
  • Collect security deposits and rent
  • Coordinate with maintenance personnel
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Texas Real Estate License Required.
  • Previous experience in new home sales, real estate, leasing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of home construction, financing, and legal aspects of real estate transactions.
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
