West Central Human Service Center - Bismarck, ND - Office Assistant
As an Office Assistant , you will be part of an administrative team that is flexible with multi-dimensional tasks. Job duties include, but are not limited to sorting, filing, retrieving, and purging office records in various filing systems; Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail; posting alphanumerical data to manual or automated recordkeeping systems; preparing common office forms and reports. You must be able to verify accuracy of data by performing comparisons between source and end-use data. Operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, copy and fax machines, calculators, postage meters, and imaging equipment. This position will also provide backup to reception staff.
Seeking a detail-oriented staff working with special populations.
To be considered for this position , you are required to have a High School diploma or equivalent, and one year of work experience in office support or customer service. Additional education in office support, business, or office education may substitute for the experience requirements on a year-for-year basis for up to two years. This position also requires excellent interpersonal skills. Preference will be given for work in Behavioral Health Clinics.
