The OJT Trainer provides hands on technical training to employees of Johnson Controls and onboarding partner’s personnel. They also ensure the documentation of training and maintain the training database. Training courses include, but not limited to: Brazing, Press Safety, Forklift Operation, and other hands-on operations as needed. #best
