On-Site Trust and Safety Counselor , working in
Healthcare Systems and Services industry in
Boise, Idaho, 83704, United States .
Summary of Role: Content moderators perform the crucial service of evaluating user-generated content for potential to harm others. Due to the nature of their work, they can be exposed to traumatic images and content. To promote wellness and healthy habits, content moderators must develop and maintain resilience to safeguard themselves from the potential harm inherent in their job.
The On-site Trust and Safety Counselor establishes a trusted relationship with the personnel they support through one-on-one check-ins, as well as ongoing wellness programming, specifically designed to improve resiliency and mitigate the impact of viewing disturbing images and content. Our counselors compassionately support employees with personal, family and work-related concerns, so they feel more supported and able to perform at their best in all aspects of their lives.

Compensation Day shift 8:00 am to 8:30 pm $36 per hour
Night shift 8:00 pm to 8:30 am - $40 per hour
Paid lunch, benefits, and paid time off included.
Overtime opportunities.
24x7x365, and non-traditional shifts are available.
PRN available $42 per hour
Job Summary - Engages content moderators in individual check-ins.
- Completes monthly check-ins with onsite content moderators wherein the focus is to support overall wellbeing and functioning.
- Provides as needed brief interventions to support content moderator wellbeing.
- Maintains appropriate documentation in EHR for brief 15-20 minute check ins.
- Utilizes clinical skills (motivational interviewing, solutions-focused brief interventions) as indicated to build rapport and support wellness.
- Provides as needed recommendations and referrals if long term support is indicated.
- Facilitates and leads wellness workshops.
- Facilitates group wellness activities focused on topics such as: team building, building resiliency, mindfulness, psychoeducation
- Provides access to additional wellness resources as needed.
- Provides staff assistance for onsite personnel.
- Assesses crisis situations and take appropriate action; provides crisis /urgent intervention as may be needed and appropriate, and disruptive or critical event responses.
- Provides consultation to client leadership on concerns about employee safety or workplace behavior.
- Attends monthly business reviews.
- Provides new hire check in sessions and support offboarding of team members.
- Collaborates with colleagues and others to provide excellent service and experience, and to support professional operations and environment.
- Maintains reliable attendance and timely arrival being ready to work as scheduled.
- Maintains licenses in good standing, and related credentials if applicable.
- Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned by Program manager.

Experience Required for Your Success Minimum Requirements: - Master's degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or a doctorate degree in Psychology
- Current state licensure, including:
- LMSW - Licensed Master Social Worker
- LPC - Licensed Professional Counselor
- LAMFT - Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
- LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- LCPC - Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
- LMFT - Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
- Ability to provide direct service in a behavioral health setting including assessment and case management
- Experience providing presentations, consultation with team and company leaders and brief interventions is preferred
- A combination of graduate and bachelor's level experience including behavioral healthcare, Employee Assistance or work with Occupational health or a community healthcare system will be considered
