**JOB SUMMARY**

Cresco Labs is seeking an Order Fulfillment Supervisor to join our Fall River facility. The Order Fulfillment Supervisor will be responsible for the efficient and accurate fulfillment of sales orders in anticipation of their delivery. The Order Fulfillment Supervisor coordinates the selection of packaged finished goods from inventory storage for sales order preparation and transfer to logistics team for delivery.

**CORE JOB DUTIES**

* Maintains organization of Finished Goods inventory storage; facilitating accuracy in order picking and packing

* Manifesting sales orders of finished goods for delivery

* Picking finished goods from vault storage for individual dispensaries

* Confirming packaging and marketing labels are correct on finished goods

* Creation of compliance labels using POS system

* Applying compliance labels to all products

* Confirming products unit counts and compliance labels match dispensary manifests, ensuring no rejections nor complaints from customers

* Toting and sealing all finished orders for delivery

* Placing customer orders on schedule based on logistics, on-hand inventory, and customer requests

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS**

* Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure

* Well organized and ability to keep deadlines

* Works well with all peers

* Effective communication skills

* Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task

* Basic Excel, Word, and general compute knowledge

* 1 - 3 years of experience or education in Inventory Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Order Fulfillment, or similar

* Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
