Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Paralegal position will possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal in the legal industry.
2. A paralegal certificate or equivalent legal education.
3. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex legal information to a variety of audiences.
5. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
