Job Details We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Permanent Project Manager to join our team in the Engineering industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for high-end, retail, and luxury products, and will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from conception to completion. This is a permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of engineering projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals and objectives are met
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and senior management
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
- Manage and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in project management in the engineering industry
- Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Knowledge of high-end, retail, and luxury products is a plus
