A private pediatric dental practice is seeking an experienced practice manager with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care to support our dental team. Our ideal candidate has 2+ years of leading a large dental practice or multi-location/multi-doctor practice. The candidate needs to have outstanding customer service skills and a commitment to developing high-quality relationships with a dental team and owner. One must enjoy working in a fast-paced practice and understand the business of dentistry. We’re a close-knit dental team with high integrity and like to have fun. • Oversee the duties of daily office operations, supervise dental team members, and direct team meetings
• Ensure core values are followed by all team members
• Monitor business goals
• Coordinate vendors and suppliers
• Coach team members when needed
• Back up front office as needed

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required - some college or AADOM recognized designation is helpful
• At least 2 years of experience in dental practice management is needed - preferably in a large dental practice or multi-doctor/multi-location
• Computer proficiency with MS Office, and with Dental Practice Management software like Eagle Soft is necessary
• Understand dental front office procedures, human resources and OSHA regulations, dental coding and terminology, and best practices in treatment coordination, scheduling, and dental charting
• Possess high-level communication skills, problem-solving, organization, and exceptional customer service skills
