We have an exciting job opening in our Pediatric/Family clinic located Rialto, California. Mayflower Medical Group is seeking an experienced pediatric/family nurse practitioner or physician assistant to work full-time (will consider part-time with minimum of 4 days) in our Rialto office. You will evaluate, treat and manage the acute and preventative needs of pediatric and adult patients.

Job Requirements:
· Pediatric Nurse Practitioner degree from accredited School of Nursing
· Current Family nurse practitioner or Physician Assistant license in California
· DEA certification
· At least 1 year of experience with caring for children and adults in primary care setting
· Ability to work with pediatric and adult patients from birth to age 100.
· Knowledge of medications and their correct administration based on age/weight of the patient
· Experience using an EHR system- practice is 100% electronic charting
· Must be able to work independently
· Ability to work at least 4 days/week
· Preferred bilingual English/Spanish
· Full COVID Vaccine Required.
