Pediatric Specialty Care is located at: 3938 Glen Drive Doylestown PA 18902 Responsibilities: Provide Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care, including keeping individuals dry, assisting with bowel and bladder functions, and supporting mobility. Document all services provided in the individual’s medical record. Regularly check on individuals to ensure personal care needs are met. Prepare individuals for meals and assist with serving and feeding as needed. Complete clinical duties, such as obtaining vital signs, after appropriate training. Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean work environment. Report changes in condition to a supervisor promptly. Adapt to changing situations with flexibility. Maintain respect for individuals' personal belongings and contribute to a pleasant environment. Preserve confidentiality of individuals’ information and privacy. Provide activities that enhance self-esteem and promote physical and psychosocial well-being. Assist with the transportation of individuals as necessary. Create and maintain a warm and positive atmosphere for all individuals. Develop and maintain good rapport with fellow staff to meet the needs of the individuals. Represent Pediatric Specialty Care positively while interacting with everyone. Participate in continuing education programs to stay updated in the field. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Must be at least 21 years of age. Current, valid CPR/First Aid certification. Valid driver’s license. Proficiency with computer programs is preferred. Nursing Assistant/Medical Assistant Certification is a plus. This role requires regular interaction with residents and coworkers; therefore, the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at an intermediate or advanced level is essential.
