This is an opportunity to join a small elite team of investment professionals investing permanent capital focused on building a high-performing investment organization and portfolio. Key responsibilities include finding private companies to acquire or invest in through relationship building. Windancer Holdings is an investment firm backed by the founder of The Connor Group. The role is based in the Cincinnati/Dayton, OH area and would require relocation.

Ideal Candidate

• Your ideal career is developing direct relationships and identifying appropriate businesses for investment.
• Has been described as setting a goal and never being fully satisfied until you achieve it.
• Are known for your ability to quickly understand your client’s business and operations.
• Your track record in sales/business development places you in the top 5% of all your peers.
• Not afraid to reach out to build new connections and/or pick-up the phone and call.
• Open to travel 8-12 nights per month.
• A minimum of 6 years of sales or business development experience.
