*What you’ll be doing…*

The Senior Manager, of Value Marketing Delivery, will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of high-priority initiatives for Straight Talk, Total Wireless, Verizon Prepaid, Simple Mobile, Walmart Family Mobile, and Tracfone in the Verizon Value CRO organization. These projects will impact all consumer touchpoints and will cover advancements in pricing, value proposition, promotion, base engagement, loyalty programs, and new product developments and launches. This role will have accountability for carrying each initiative's strategic intent through solution scoping and design through development, systems integration, and GTM execution. Decision-making authority and/or autonomy who then translates functional plans into operational processes and guides execution, receiving broad guidance. Work is accomplished without considerable direction, acting as an advisor guiding others in resolving complex issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead E2E execution across GTS, Omni CX/UX, Digital, assisted channels, and external partners for all Value Brands.

  • Partner Cross-functionally to capture all requirements, including CX/UX/channel.

  • Lead and collaborate with all cross-functional teams, including CX, UX, Digital Ops, RA, and GTS stakeholders, and understand capabilities and constraints related to promo/pricing implementation across all business sales channels.

  • Lead cross-functionally testing and defect investigation/fixes.

  • Perform project management E2E with a high sense of urgency to launch on time with the best customer experience.

  • Manage key milestones and deliverables to ensure on-time implementation and resolution of post-launch issues.

  • Provides guidance to subordinates within the latitude of established company policies. Delegates work with lower-banded team members.

  • Requires the ability to persuade others in sensitive and complex situations, while preserving relationships.

  • Collaborate with GTM & L&D teams on all aspects of training, launch elements, internal, external, and field communications.

  • Review business requirements, on new pricing initiatives, to ensure accurate build and execution.

  • Champion new pricing ideas and determine high-level feasibility.

  • Understand the business case for proposed pricing and how it impacts Verizon.

  • Evaluate opportunities to enhance current programs, as well as, create new opportunities for pricing differentiation. Key metrics reporting, including business case post-mortems.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Willingness to travel approximately up to 25%.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • MBA or Master's degree.

  • Strong project management skills, multitasking is vital to success.

  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite.

  • Presented findings and insights targeted to what that audience cares about (up to the executive level). The ability to influence without direct authority.

Where you’ll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
