Job Overview:

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment in a manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality production while following safety and operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and cut materials used in production.
• Operate rolling machines, industrial furnaces, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Follow work instructions and safety regulations to maintain compliance.
• Check finished products for quality and package them accordingly.
• Work closely with supervisors and engineers to optimize processes.
• Wear required safety gear and adhere to workplace safety standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or heavy industry environment.
• Basic math and measurement skills, including proficiency with calipers and micrometers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and kneeling for long periods.
