Project Estimator – High-End Residential Construction

What You’ll Do

• Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and scopes of work to develop accurate and detailed estimates.
• Collaborate with the sales and leadership team to prepare competitive bids for high-end residential projects .
• Perform take-offs for labor, materials, and subcontracts using advanced estimation tools.
• Submit RFIs and participate in pre-bid meetings to gather critical project details.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Solicit and review vendor/subcontractor proposals, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Identify and assess potential risks to ensure estimates are comprehensive and accurate.
• Organize, price, and finalize estimates for client submission.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and maintain a competitive edge in the luxury construction market.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in estimating and pre-construction, ideally in high-end residential construction.
• Proficiency in waterproofing, roofing, and sheet metal is highly desirable.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, on-screen takeoff software, and CRM systems .
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of plans, specifications, and scope documents .
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
• A proactive, solutions-driven approach to problem-solving.
