Title: Project Manager
Duration: Long Term Contract 12 Months
Location: 100% Remote

Client: Infosys

Responsibilities:

• Manage scopes of work and joint contracts and funding that cross CHE's Centers and Programs.
• Oversee the monitoring, implementation, and evaluation all aspect of the CHE Strategic Plan, as well as coordination of CHE-specific projects related to the plan.
• Manage status reporting and stability of project-oriented work efforts to ensure CHE Strategic Plan goals and objectives are met on time, and within scope and resource requirements.
• Effectively present and communicate project strategies, statuses, risks, and decisions within and across project teams, stakeholder meetings, and Division Leadership regularly.
• Oversee the monitoring, implementation, and evaluation the integration of diversity, equity, and inclusion into all programs and project with CHE.
• Identifies and communicates barriers to the successful completion of project milestones on a regular basis to Division Associate Director.
• Lead components of CHE programs grant writing, grant management, and/or grant-specific projects, as needed.
• Perform of duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent writing and verbal skills.
• Proficient in budget management.
• Be highly organized with the ability to implement systems and follow-up processes.
• Proficiency in research, interpreting, and analyzing diverse data.
• Excellent Computer skills (Microsoft Office Word, Access, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Advanced knowledge of current professional literature and evidence-based practices of public health.
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively and independently with purpose and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• A proven record of securing major grants with certifiable references.
• Previous federal grant application, submission, approval, and management of funds.
• Demonstrated success in preparing and writing periodic progress reports for funders.
• Advanced knowledge of current professional literature and evidence-based practices of public health.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a successful grant writer, preferably with a public health focus.
• Previous grant budget development and management experience.
• Prior experience administering public health programs.

Experience working with public health partners at the state and local level.
