• Courses are in-person and on-campus for the Spring 2025 Semester (01/06/2025 - 04/27/2025)

Course: Leadership and Team Building

This course studies principles influencing team building strategies and leadership skills. Foundations such as servant, situational, and charismatic leadership are examined, including leadership qualities, skills, and cultural contexts.

What You Will Do:

• Facilitate classroom lecture and discussions
• Engage students in learning course objectives and topics
• Assess student performance and mentor success in the classroom
• Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University's Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission of Grand Canyon University

What You Will Bring:

*Teaching experience required

• Preferred: Doctorate in Psychology OR
  • Clinical Psychology OR
  • Performance Psychology OR
  • Sports Psychology
• Minimum: Master's in Psychology With
  • Performance Psychology OR
  • Sports Psychology emphasis
  • AND 3 years of experience

• Alternative Minimum: Post-Graduate/Post-Master in Counseling OR
  • Psychology
  • AND Certificate (graduate-level) in Sports Psychology
  • AND 3 years of experience
