Job Description
A 300-acre Ranch, located in Navasota, is seeking a reliable and hard-working Ranch Hand.
We are looking to fill this position ASAP!
Pay is $16.00 - $17.50/hr. (DOE)
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and upkeep of the ranch, including buildings, equipment, and grounds.
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as tractors, mowers, and loaders.
- Assist with animal care, including feeding, watering, and cleaning.
- Perform basic repairs using hand tools and power tools.
- Assist with fencing and other construction projects.
- Perform heavy lifting as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working on a ranch or farm is preferred but not required.
- Mechanical knowledge and experience operating heavy equipment is a plus.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is necessary.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measuring and mixing materials.
Please note that this is a full-time position with occasional weekend work required.
