Recruiter Role Description The (Contract) Recruiter reports directly to the Senior Director of Organizational Design and Talent Development and will be self-directed to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, employ traditional and creative sourcing strategies, and play a critical role in ensuring engagement with talent.
Talent Acquisition: - Source and screen candidates with limited work experience and/or education for hourly entry-level labor roles
- Conduct interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating an ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences.
- Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by providing timely, accurate, and relevant feedback.
- Record, track, maintain and meet recruitment metrics.
- Work closely with others in a collaborative environment, also be self-motivated, and have exceptional time-management skills.
- Harness technology and social media tools as well as utilize traditional recruitment activities.
Qualifications and Skills Required - Minimum 1-3 years experience in Recruiting, Sales Cold-Calling, Inbound and Outbound Customer Service
- Outgoing, friendly, reliable, and self-driven. Someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and celebrating success with the team
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and with frequent interruptions.
- Own the candidate process through the interview, decision, offer, closing, and handoff to HR for offer letters and background/reference checks
- Ability to work independently with strong decision-making and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
- Understands the need for maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
- Works well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Even-tempered, grace under pressure.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills and enjoys working with a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Access to stable broadband internet, smartphone, and your own computer.
- Must work nights/weekends as project needs may require.
- Highly computer literate with capability in Excel, Word, Outlook, ZOOM, Microsoft Teams, G-Suite, and using Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Utilizes traditional job boards like Zip Recruiter, Indeed, and/or Career-builder as a Recruiter.
- Experience with Jazz HR and Paycom , UKG HRIS preferred but not required.
- This is a remote position, however each Recruiter will be assigned a region and must work according to the needs of that particular region/time zone.
