Job Responsibilities: - Assist and implement behavior analysis services under the direction and supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to scheduled caseload of clients.
- Provide direct one to one, skill acquisition and behavior reduction behavior analysis services to clients in clinic, community, or school setting.
- Responsible for ensuring accurate data collection of programming each session with client caseload.
- Collaborate, communicate, and assist with the training of clients, parents, and staff.
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients and families.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA requirements.
- Collect signatures from guardians for each session on the day in which sessions occur and complete all required billing information in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Education and Training: - High School Diploma or General Education Diploma. Prefer college credits/associate degree.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) 40 HR. Certificate
- CPI Trained (Current)
Minimum Experience: - Minimum of 1 year as a registered behavior technician or direct experience (including internship) working with children with ASD/behavior challenges.
- Demonstrated success/understanding of collecting behavior data and using strategies to positively change behavior.
- Demonstrated success in implementing behavior intervention plans and strategies.
- Prefer experience billing ABA services.
