Staff begins accruing PTO immediately for a total of up to 30 days earned in the first year. We offer employees an educational benefit. Compensation Range: $23/hr - $25/hr commensurate with experience Overview The Residential Aide Supervisor (RAS) ensures the wellbeing and safety of the program’s clients and staff during their shift and supervises the RA staff so they can achieve the same goal. The RAS provides crisis intervention as needed to maintain residential safety and security. The RAS encourages our clients to adhere to the Housing Works Code of Conduct so that they can participate in the program in a healthy and safe manner.
