Source and recruit top-tier restaurant and hospitality talent.
Build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.

At least two years of experience in the restaurant industry.
A deep understanding of restaurant management structures.
Previous recruiting or sales experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
