Job Title: Public Relations Specialist - Ilforno Brands
Job Summary:
As a Public Relations Specialist for Ilforno Brands, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication initiatives to enhance the restaurant's public image and brand presence. In addition to media relations and event coordination, this role involves handling guest-related issues with professionalism and empathy. You will work closely with the marketing team, management, and external partners to create compelling narratives and manage communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Media Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and national media outlets, bloggers, and influencers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and interview requests.
2. Event Planning:
- Plan and execute events to generate positive media coverage and community engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to organize special events, such as food tastings, themed nights, and collaborations with local businesses.
3. Guest Relations:
- Address and resolve guest-related issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the restaurant's front-of-house staff to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Implement strategies to enhance overall guest satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to integrate PR strategies with overall marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify ilforno brands' reach and influence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in public relations, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with media relations, event planning, and guest relations.
- Ability to handle guest-related issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Creativity and a passion for storytelling.
