Job Summary:

Pearle Vision - Roswell is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to join our team and manage our retail sales operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and previous experience in a management role. As the Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and driving sales by leading and developing a team of sales associates.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store goals and increase profitability
- Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Create and maintain a positive work environment by effectively managing team dynamics and addressing any performance issues
- Train and coach sales associates on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service standards
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and receiving of products to ensure optimal stock levels
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and resolve any customer concerns or complaints
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a leadership or management role
- Knowledge of sales principles, customer service techniques, and inventory management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail software systems
- High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
