Virtual Assistant - Remote Position (Part-Time, Contract)

About the Role:
Our Virtual Assistants help busy professionals and business owners find clarity in their work by identifying ways to lighten their load and free up their time. Rather than waiting for tasks, you'll partner with clients to brainstorm ideas, tackle challenges, and offer strategic solutions. This role is perfect for individuals who like variety in their day, as our VAs work with several clients, taking on different projects that play to their strengths and interests.
A typical day may include:
Lead generation
Social media management
Scheduling and calendar management
Bookkeeping and expense tracking
Your workload will be tailored to what you enjoy and do best. If you're a copywriting pro or love organizing digital files, we'll focus your work around that! The result? A flexible, stimulating workday that keeps you engaged and growing.
What We're Looking For:
Experienced Professionals: You have at least five years of experience in an office or remote setting.
Proactive Mindset: You enjoy finding solutions, working independently, and are not afraid to take initiative.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and a love for clear, polished communication.
Tech-Savvy: Familiar with common office tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and LinkedIn.
Organized and Resourceful: You know how to prioritize tasks, manage time well, and use creativity to get things done.

Compensation and Schedule:
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week
Flexible Schedule: Choose your hours Monday through Friday (no nights or weekends!)
