Trillium Construction is hiring for a Commercial Roofing Estimator in Menomonie, WI!


The Estimator will put together bids on commercial roofing and metal panel projects throughout the state of Wisconsin. This position is direct hire, and offers full-time hours, and benefits!


Duties:
-Estimate, compile bids and generate proposals accurately and are completed on time
-Make site visits to collect bidding information and/or from plans/specs for new/re-roof projects, when required
-Generate leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities in the roofing industry
-Obtains quotes from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials; identifying or/and vetting qualified subcontractors (when applicable); negotiating price
-Review/prepare proposed project bids in accordance with company bidding procedures with essential overall cost accuracy
-Review submittal packages
-Participate in pre- and post-review project meetings, highlights, and low trends
-Complete project closeout documents
-Cultivate customer relationships that will assist in winning profitable repeat business
-Maintain communication with project contacts throughout the entire project from start to finish


Compensation:
-Annual salary, starting at $60,000/year, and increasing with experience

Qualifications:
-Previous sales experience in the construction industry, preferred but not required
-Previous experience with face-to-face sales
-Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel
-Ability to travel to job sites throughout the state
-Valid Driver's License
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
