Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Trader, your daily tasks will include:

Using Salesforce/Avsight CRM software to manage customer accounts, purchase orders, and sales efforts
Developing a clear understanding of your role's objectives and goals
Proactively connecting with prospective customers, vendors, and colleagues to foster new relationships
Representing the company at industry trade shows and conferences to network and promote business growth
Managing competing priorities and using internal calendars and systems to track tasks and deadlines
Responding promptly to internal team requests and processes
Tracking sales progress and reporting weekly on efforts and outcomes
Planning and coordinating marketing campaigns for lead generation, including flyers, push lists, and email newsletters
Gaining a deep understanding of our ideal customers and how our products and services meet their needs

Requirements:

Experience in business-to-business sales, ideally within the aviation industry
A results-driven approach with a passion for customer relationships
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus
Familiarity with aviation and/or tear-down processes is a plus
