Essential Job Functions:
* All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules.
* Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports.
* Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge.
* Sandbox environment management.
* DevOps/release management experience.
* Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
* Identify unused or underutilized platform features.
* Own the communication of platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
* Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
* Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
* Manage and resolve user support tickets.
* Monitor and improve user adoption.
* New user and ongoing user training.
* Technical documentation.
* Management of integrated applications and third-party suppliers as applicable.
* On-site or remote regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
* Strong Salesforce platform knowledge and at least 3+ years of relevant Salesforce administration experience.
* Salesforce Certified Administrator (required), Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator preferred.
* Must be proficient in Flow and clicks, not code automations.
* Translating business requirements and requests into technical solutions.
* Experience in change management and governance, including DevOps/release management experience.
Educational Requirements:
* Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
* Accredited Bachelor's degree preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and occasional standing and walking. Must have adequate hearing for phone work. Vision requirements include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Must be able to use a keyboard and other office equipment. Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally
