Position: Salesforce Architect


Location: Tallahassee, FL (Remote)

It is understood that APPTAD, INC will provide confidential information about its CLIENTS to CONSULTANT. Such information about projects and CLIENTS can be provided in writing via emails, fax or mail. CONSULTANT will not divulge such confidential information to any third party. CONSULTANT authorizes APPTAD, INC or its agent to conduct background / employment / reference checks as may be necessary by APPTAD, INC or CLIENTS.

In the event the CLIENT wants to interview the CONSULTANT, the CONSULTANT will make himself or herself available for an interview at a date and time requested by CLIENT. If selected for the engagement by CLIENT, CONSULTANT agrees to make every reasonable effort to join the assignment as per COMPANY directives.

CONSULTANT agrees not to solicit or provide (or advise others of the opportunity to provide) directly or indirectly, on a full-time, part-time or temporary basis any services to APPTAD, INC' CLIENTS to which CONSULTANT was introduced to or interviewed for 60 days from the date of introduction and/or submission of resume to CLIENT or interview.

Any breach of any provision of this Agreement by either party shall entitle the other party to recover damages and injunctive relief. As monetary damages are likely to be inadequate, the party that has been breached shall be entitled to temporary injunctive relief (by proving to a court a likelihood of breach by the other party) and to permanent injunctive relief (by proving to a court such breach). If the first party is successful in recovering damages or obtaining injunctive relief, the second party agrees to be responsible for paying all of the first party's expenses in seeking such relief, including all costs of bringing suit and all reasonable attorneys' fees.
