Senior Digital Fundraising Manager

In this role, you'll work with national nonprofits and companies dedicated to making the world a better place. We're looking for a self-motivated and experienced professional who thrives both at a strategic level and in executing tactical plans. If you have a background in nonprofit fundraising or digital marketing for large organizations, particularly across channels like email, digital advertising, and analytics, we'd love to hear from you.
Location: Our main office is in Washington, DC, with a hybrid schedule. We also have team members working remotely across the US, so we're open to both DC-based and fully remote candidates.
Responsibilities

Develop multi-channel digital marketing strategies that captivate audiences and meet conversion goals, such as donations and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and project management.
Design and execute dynamic, results-focused email campaigns that engage supporters and drive action.
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling creative concepts.
Work with the digital advertising team to plan and track top-notch advertising campaigns across paid social, search, programmatic, and connected TV channels.
Optimize campaigns to maximize return on investment, adjusting across channels as needed.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing clients with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Conduct digital marketing audits to assess past performance and set new benchmarks.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging techniques, offering thought leadership on best practices and innovative ideas.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
5-8+ years of experience in digital marketing or digital fundraising (agency experience a plus).
Strong experience in creating strategies and campaigns that align with user journeys and conversion goals.
Proven track record with email marketing and some understanding of HTML/CSS.
Familiarity with a variety of email marketing platforms and tools.
Expertise in digital advertising channels and how they interact for optimal outcomes.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
Experience in conducting digital audits and building strategies from data insights.
Up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices.
