Position Purpose: Serve as strategic, consultative partner to provide best-in-class employee relations expertise and services.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, related field or directly related equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience in human resources or employee relations directly managing complex employee matters and investigations. Knowledge and familiarity with state and federal employment laws and regulations. Experience in working cross-functionally with employees, managers and business leaders in a matrixed organization to resolve issues and complaints. Proven ability to coach, advise and partner with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority. Proven ability, experience, and knowledge of best practices in conducting workplace investigations.
License/Certification: AWI (Association of Workplace Investigators) certification strongly preferred; PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred.
