Currently, our **Navy Aviation Division** is seeking a highly experienced **Senior Staffing Manager** to join our team and coordinate staffing efforts on a large AAS (Acquisition and Advisory Support) contract with over 30 subcontractors. This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days onsite per week.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ In this role, you will be responsible for managing the staffing process for approximately 850 full-time equivalents (FTEs) and around 50 task/delivery orders (TDLs).
+ As the Senior Staffing Manager, you will collaborate closely with the project management team and subcontractors to ensure the timely and efficient allocation of resources, while maintaining compliance with contract requirements and government regulations.
+ Your exceptional organizational and communication skills, coupled with your deep understanding of staffing processes and contract management, will be essential in successfully meeting the staffing needs of this complex contract.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Proven experience in staffing management, preferably in a government contracting environment
+ Strong understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other relevant government regulations
+ Demonstrated ability to coordinate staffing efforts across multiple subcontractors and task/delivery orders
+ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage resources effectively
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with project management team, subcontractors, and stakeholders
+ Ability to identify and resolve staffing issues in a timely manner
+ Proficient in using staffing software and tools to track and manage staffing activities
+ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
+ Attention to detail and strong analytical skills to assess staffing requirements and make informed decisions
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Experience working on AAS contracts or similar large-scale projects
+ Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations
+ Familiarity with workforce planning and forecasting techniques
+ Previous experience managing staffing efforts for contracts with a high number of subcontractors and FTEs
+ Certification in staffing management or related field (e.g., Certified Staffing Professional, Professional in Human Resources)
+ Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools
+ Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
+ Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment
+ Familiarity with security clearance processes and requirements.

**Physical Requirements:**
+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
+ Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $105,900-$151,100. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
