SharePoint Forms Developer to join their dynamic team and play a key role in the upgrade from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint 365.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing SharePoint forms, utilizing Power Automate, and implementing workflows in SharePoint environments.
The candidate should demonstrate the ability to take ownership, work collaboratively with a team, and proactively contribute to the migration process.

Here are some updates that will narrow your candidate pool.
PeoplesBank needs a SharePoint Forms Developer to take forms that are currently built in InfoPath and create the same in PowerApps.
They will use the (74) InfoPath forms as templates and re-create the (74) forms in PowerApps on the PowerPlatform.
When this is complete, they will sunset InfoPath. The expected timeline is 3+ months.
- InfoPath is a "nice to have"
- PowerApps and, more than a casual understanding of the PowerPlatform, is REQUIRED.
- No candidates will be considered that do not have this experience.
- The SharePoint Architect at PeoplesBank will oversee this effort and he does not have time for intense oversight of this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Migration Expertise:
- Actively participate in the migration/upgrade from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint 365.
- Utilize technical expertise to ensure a smooth transition, addressing any challenges that may arise during the migration process.
- Forms Development:
- Design and develop custom SharePoint forms to meet business requirements.
- Ensure forms are user-friendly, intuitive, and aligned with best practices in SharePoint development.
- Power Automate and Workflows:
- Leverage Power Automate to automate business processes and streamline workflows.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the Process Improvement team to gather and define business requirements for SharePoint solutions.
- Provide expertise in translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Proactive Ownership:
- Take initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization within SharePoint solutions.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting.
QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Forms Developer in a collaborative team environment.
- Solid understanding of SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint 365, with a focus on migration processes.
- Proficiency in developing custom forms and implementing workflows using Power Automate.
- Ability to gather and define business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
NICE to HAVE - Experience in helping to define and refine business processes.
- Knowledge of SharePoint best practices and industry trends.
- Certification in SharePoint development or related technologies.
