This internship is a fantastic opportunity to:
Contribute to a growing social media presence: You'll be involved in all aspects of social media strategy, from content creation to community engagement.
Develop your storytelling skills: Craft compelling content across various social platforms, including Instagram Stories, feed posts, Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube content.
Gain valuable experience in social media advertising: You'll learn about keyword research, platform optimization, and competitive analysis.

Here's what you'll be doing:
Assist in creating engaging social media content (IG Stories, feed posts, Reels)
Find and source compelling images from influencers and hashtags for Instagram
Identify existing content for repackaging and promoting on social media platforms
Optimize videos for different platforms like TikTok and YouTube (keyword research, platform strategy)
Edit and optimize existing video content for the YouTube platform
Research competitor thumbnail strategies and develop unique approaches
Engage with our community and moderate online discussions
Prepare basic social media analytics reports for team meetings
Participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings
Stay updated on current social media trends for both our brand and competitors
We're looking for someone with:
Current enrollment in a marketing, media, or journalism program (preferred)
A strong interest in parenting and family-related topics (a plus)
Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
Basic design and video editing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
A passion for learning and growing in a fast-paced environment
This is a part-time internship (3 days/week, 12 hours/week) for college credit only. You'll be working remotely from home and collaborating with a dedicated and supportive team.
