Our Creative Team is growing rapidly and we are looking for a talented and passionate Social Media Manager to shape our clients’ social media presence, suggest extraordinary ideas for driving engagement, and craft compelling and informative content that resonates with our audience, while driving brand awareness and building thought leadership for our clients.
Develop and implement creative content strategies tailored for B2B audiences on Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn
Produce a consistent stream of high-quality social media content that aligns with our client's branding and marketing objectives
Suggest content ideas, formats, approaches and topics to ensure audience engagement
Stay up-to-date with SMM best practices, tendencies, tools and industry trends
Track engagement metrics and report on the success of social media campaigns to help refine strategies over time
Excellent written and spoken English
Hands-on (at least 1 year) experience with SM management for tech and/or B2B brands
Understanding of social media algorithms and criteria for content virality
A portfolio of SM projects you’re proud of
Ability to tell brand stories and present products and services in an engaging way
Ability to use analytics tools, track and manage customer engagement metrics
Passion for content, social media, and modern tech
Ability to handle several projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Experience with video editing, graphic design, and other content (blogs, landing pages, etc) is a big plus.
Experience with SM management tools such as Hubspot, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc. is a plus
