Languages:

+4 JavaScript

+3 for {Objective-C}

+2 for {Java/Android, .Net}

Infrastructure Musts:

+2 for any of Web Frameworks {Tornado, Django, Twisted, CherryPy, Rails, PHP, ...}

+1 for any of SQL: {MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, ...}
