Job Description:
Responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and updating high value payment systems in accordance with the needs of the company. Activities include evaluating, scheduling and resourcing development projects, investigating user needs, writing, testing, and maintaining payment and associated ecosystem applications, and preparing systems documentation. Executes technical plans, system analysis, detailed design specifications, development, unit, and component testing.
Responsibilities: Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Proven track record managing large, complex software development/integration projects in both host, cloud and distributed environments.
Basic knowledge of external competition, industry and/or market trends in relation to own business.
Demonstrated understanding of IT Service Management concepts and procedures.
Demonstrated knowledge of the latest technology innovations and their applicability to business operations.
Demonstrated relationship management and leadership skills with a superior ability to make things happen through the use of influence and negotiation with all levels of management.
Proactive team player with effective time management skills; ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines/projects and keep key players informed.
Detailed knowledge of FED wire, SWIFT FX payments, ISO20022 payment messages.
Detailed knowledge of high value / wire payments processing from channel initiation through settlement.
Solid understanding of middleware / APIs / integration, IBM MQ messaging, Oracle / MS SQL.
Well versed in creating and running SQL queries for analytical purposes
Basic knowledge on Webservices (JAVA) a plus.
Exposure/Development experience working with MuleSoft. Any point platform a plus.
Understanding of how payments flow integrates with OFAC/AML and Fraud screening platforms.
Knowledge with Technical and vendor platforms: Fiserv Enterprise Payments Platform, LexisNexis Bridger, Dragonfly Digital Banking a plus.
Basic Mainframe programming knowledge – online and batch a plus.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
