Job Summary

As a Lead Quality Engineer for our Sr. Associate - Projects role you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our software development lifecycle. With a focus on Payer domain you will leverage your expertise in PL/SQL Maven Selenium Jira TestNG Java Scrum and Jenkins to drive quality initiatives. Your contributions will directly impact our companys mission to deliver reliable and efficient solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality.
• Oversee the automation of test scripts using Selenium TestNG and Java to enhance testing efficiency.
• Provide expertise in PL/SQL to validate backend processes and data integrity.
• Utilize Maven for build automation and dependency management in testing frameworks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams using Jira for defect tracking and project management.
• Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins to streamline testing processes.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies for iterative development and testing.
• Conduct thorough reviews of test results and provide actionable insights to development teams.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in quality engineering.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the Payer domain.
• Drive initiatives to improve test coverage and reduce defect leakage rates.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in quality engineering and apply them to enhance testing processes.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in quality engineering with a focus on PL/SQL Maven Selenium Jira TestNG Java Scrum and Jenkins.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in the Payer domain and its specific quality requirements.
• Exhibit proficiency in automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium TestNG and Jenkins.
• Show experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Have a good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and their implementation using Jenkins.
• Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Nice to have experience with JavaScript Test Complete Azure Cucumber Cyara Sikuli Auto IT JBeh
