About the role:

As a Staff Accountant with TQL, you will play a key role in maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and communicating vital financial information and business metrics to our stakeholders. By pursuing efficiency and improvement, you'll be a part of a team that is helping accelerate TQL's rapid growth nationwide.

What you'll be doing:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reports
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and adjustments
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal controls
• Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information
• Review employee expense reports and prepare accruals for expenses

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience (internships included)
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
