Job Description

A staffing recruiter, also known as an agency recruiter, is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for client companies. Their duties include:  

• Finding candidates : Sourcing candidates through cold calls, networking events, and online job boards  
  

   

   

• Screening resumes : Reviewing resumes and CVs to identify potential hires  
  

   

   

• Interviewing candidates : Conducting interviews over the phone and in person  
  

   

   

• Managing the hiring process : Coordinating with hiring managers and HR to understand job requirements, and managing the offer process  
  

   

   

• Building relationships : Establishing relationships with candidates and clients, and providing guidance to junior recruiters  
  

   

   

• Writing job descriptions : Collaborating with hiring managers to write job descriptions and hiring criteria  
  

   

   

• Posting job ads : Posting job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially social media  
  

   

   

• Ensuring compliance : Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations  

Bi-Lingual a plus
