Job Description: As a Survey Research Telephone Interviewer, you will conduct outbound calls to conduct surveys on various topics. Your responsibilities will include making outbound phone calls, reading a script, asking questions to respondents, and recording responses. There are no sales or collections involved in this role. Requirements: Great communication skills Comfortable speaking on the phone Basic computer and typing skills (30 Words Per Minute) Basic understanding of good customer service Experience: No experience necessary. Paid training provided. Open to applicants 16 years and older. Schedules Available: Evening and weekend hours available with flexible scheduling options. Pay starts at $12 per hour, with a $0.50-per-hour premium for bilingual speakers (Spanish/English) after certification.
