Tableau Developer at Guidehouse in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Family : Software Development & Support (Digital) Travel Required : None Clearance Required : Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do : The Tableau Developer will support a large government program in Rockville, Maryland, (The Developer will: Utilize Tableau to design, develop, enhance and support Tableau visualizations including highly interactive dashboards, scorecards and reports with drill down to detail and analysis pathways to other supporting reports. Build and publish customized interactive Tableau reports and dashboards as well as manage extracts and refresh schedules using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server. Execute data queries across multiple data sources in support of business intelligence reporting needs. Participate in QA testing, liaising with other project team members and being responsive to client's needs, all with an eye on details in a fast-paced environment. Evaluate requirements and recommend solutions that align with business needs. Work with the product owners to understand business/functional requirements and roadmap/timeline for delivery. Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions. What You Will Need : + Bachelor's Degree + 2+ years Tableau development experience + Experience with Tableau Data + Good SQL knowledge + Self-motivated and results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What Would Be Nice To Have: + Tableau Certification desired or Data experience + Front End Development, knowledge on other Data visualizations tools will be a plus. The annual salary range for this position is $76,700.00-$115,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
