Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in the recruitment process by proactively identifying and engaging potential candidates through various channels. This position requires strong networking abilities, excellent research skills, and a keen understanding of social media platforms and professional networks. The Sourcer will work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to build a robust talent pipeline and ensure the agency's hiring needs are met efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, indeed, CareerBuilder).
  • Recruiting Communication: Craft and send compelling recruiting emails to prospective candidates.
  • Collaboration: Work with recruiters to understand position requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and sourcing best practices.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the agency's employer brand online and offline to attract top talent.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases using Bullhorn (our internal Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools.
  • Referral Programs: Leverage employees and external networks to generate candidate referrals.
