1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire high-quality candidates for various positions in the finance industry.
2. Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
3. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through active sourcing, networking, and relationship-building with potential candidates.
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and team goals, and develop job descriptions and hiring criteria accordingly.
5. Utilize data-driven recruitment metrics to improve processes and enhance hiring efficiency.
6. Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
7. Stay abreast of the latest trends in recruitment and the finance industry to ensure our hiring strategies are competitive and effective.
Job Details
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in related field.
2. 1+ years Recruiting experience.
3. Proven experience in high volume recruiting, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple, complex searches simultaneously.
4. Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
5. Strong knowledge of candidate selection methods and modern recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
7. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
8. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
