Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 (depending on experience)

Who You Are:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, possessing at least 4-7 years of experience in talent acquisition. As a proactive sourcer, you excel at identifying and engaging top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and direct outreach. Your communication skills, both verbal and written, are top-notch, enabling you to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers. With a knack for building strong relationships, you establish and maintain connections with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience. Additionally, you are an analytical thinker who leverages data and metrics to inform your recruiting strategies and continuously improve processes. You will help drive our next stage of growth as we build our team with top talent.

What You Will Do:

  • Full Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making offers.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Proactively identify and engage top talent through various sourcing techniques, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Phone Screens: Conduct thorough phone screens to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate onsite interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide updates, and offer strategic advice on recruitment best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining and improving the recruitment process.
  • Miscellaneous: Other recruiting and HR admin duties as required.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment marketing platforms.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in various sourcing methods, including direct sourcing and building talent pipelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated assertiveness and initiative in taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
