What You'll Do
Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls with a friendly and polite demeanor.
Address basic eligibility and benefits questions related to dental services.
Forward specific inquiries to ensure priority resolution.
Document each customer interaction in our tracking system.
Retain information effectively and deliver on all customer requests.
Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment while working independently.
Multi-task efficiently across several computer applications while engaging with customers.
What You'll Need
At least one year of call center experience.
Ability to attend a 100% classroom training program.
Knowledge of the dental care industry is a plus.
Passion for meeting or exceeding performance goals in a time-sensitive environment.
Proficiency in computer usage, including resolving minor technical issues.
Work from Home Requirements
To perform this role successfully, you will need the following equipment:
Computer: Desktop or Laptop (Windows only; Apple/Mac, tablets, Chromebooks, and Android systems are not compatible).
Operating System: Windows 10 or newer.
Webcam: Required for video interactions.
Performance Specs: Minimum 4GB RAM and Dual Core 2 GHz processor.
Internet: High-speed wired ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi or satellite).
Minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps and download speed of 16 Mbps.
Headset: USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone (recommended brands include Jabra, Plantronics, or Logitech; no gaming headsets).
Communication Device: Cell phone, tablet, or landline for multi-factor authentication.
Monitors: Two monitors or one monitor that is 32" or larger.
